Editing Event Registrations

The first tab across the top of the Ubercart Event Registration product is the "View" tab. This represents how the particular event looks to a customer.  Again, the beauty of the Event Registration module is that it marries Ubercart products with the Drupal Product node.

At first, when you log in as a website administrator, it will appear as though there is a lot to remember when creating and editing the Ubercart Event Registration node. But as you work with them it will get much easier to use this "type of product" and you will find that it is much easier than it used to be to keep up with event registrations in your organization!

There are basically 3 screens that we will be working with and hence will be covered in this how-to series - 1) editing an Event Registration, 2) editing a Ubercart Event Registration Webform, and 3) using the Event Registration Results.

When logged in as the website administrator, you will be able to edit individual events on your website. Notice the "Edit" tab is highlighted at top of the screenshot below.

Event registrations are nothing more than a type of product that you will sell on your website. The thing that makes them unique as products is the webform module which is integrated into the Ubercart Event Registration module. As mentioned earlier, when you log in as a website administrator, you will notice a series of tabs across the top of any Ubercart Event Registration in your site. They are the "View" , "Edit", "Webform", and "Results" tabs. Clicking on the Webform tab will bring up the screen below which allows you to add or modify webform fields on your Event Registration product.

The final tab to understand with Ubercart Event Registrations is the "Status" tab. Clicking on this tab will bring up a screen similar to the screenshot below.
