Change to Billing Method

Due to the high cost of credit card transaction fees, Siteservants will no longer take credit card payments. Beginning next month, we will be emailing a copy of your envoice to your email address of record. Please pay using either personal or business checks.

Also, please try to send your check no later than the 15th of each month. We, like every other business have bills to pay so your kind attention to prompt payment will be greatly appreciated. If we do not receive payment by the last week of the month, your account will be billed a late fee of $10.00.  If we fail to receive payment after 45 days, your website will be disabled and you will be billed an additional $35.00 to reinstate it. While most people are quite dilligent, there are always a few who aren't that prompt and in today's economy, we simply must tighten up by imposing additional fees. It's hoped that knowledge of the penalty will deter late payments.

10% Off If You Pay Annually

If you wish to pay 12 months in advance, Siteservants is offering 10% off your bill!  Simply email us and request that we begin billing you for 12 months less 10% off!  We will change your billing cycle to yearly and send you an envoice for the next 12 month period minus 10% off.

Free Google Email

By August of 2010, Siteservants will have completed the migration of remaining customer websites from our existing dedicated server solution to a more economical yet powerful server alternative. One really cool feature of the new server plan will be free Google Email and Google Documents service. If you would like to have your own domain specific email addresses  - up to 3 per domain, simply email us and request the email addresses that you would like and we will set them up for you. In addition to Google Mail, you will also get Google Applications including a really awesome and user configurable calendar, and Google Documents including word-type documents, powerpoints, spreadsheets, and forms!

In addition, if you require mailing lists, we can create them for you in your new Google Mail account.  If you elect to receive this free service, don't forget to email us the email account particulars - email addresses requested e.g., sidney@eaglerockcamp.com, or gatorboyJonah@eaglerockcamp.com, etc. We will also need to know what you wish for the individual passwords to be when you log in online for each email account.
