Writing Publisher Articles
This is a how-to-do for people who would like to write articles on a Drupal website running the Publisher application.
Step 1 - Log in
Log into the website. Depending upon the website, the login box can be in various places. Most sites have it in the left-hand sidebar of the home page.
Step 2 - Select "Write an Article" from Navigation menu
From the same left-hand side bar, select "Write an Article".
Step 3 - Type a Title
You must enter a Title in the box labled "Title*" Note that anytime that you see a red asterisk, this is a required field that must be filled out or you will be prompted to do so when you click "Submit" button.
Step 4 - Create a Heading
At this point, a page with an editor will be displayed. There are various icons across the top of the editor. The ones that you will use the most are the "Insert Photo" icon and the Format drop-down box.

Place your cursor inside the editor block and type a title. Next, with your left mouse button click to the left of the title and hold the the mouse button down, while dragging it across the entire title. Release the left mouse button when you reach the end of the title. Next, click on the small down arrow on Format icon in the tool bar directly above the editor. Select Heading 1, Heading 2, or Heading 3. Once you've selected it, your title line should appear with that style inside the editor. To start a new line, press the "Enter" key on your computer keyboard. Begin typing your paragraph. Repeat this process for the entire article.
Step 5 - Enter Comments and Select "Review" When Article is Ready
Towards the bottom of the editor screen is a section titled "Article Publication". This section allows you to enter comments about what you did if you need to. These comments can remind you where you left off of they can be for the editor's benefit. If you are not finished with the article but you need to stop, that's fine. Just leave the "Draft" radio button selected. As long as this button is selected you can return to this article and edit it.

You may view your articles that are in "Draft" state from the "My Workspace" section - found in the left hand sidebar navigation. Once you are sure that the article is ready, select the "Review" radio button and click the "Submit" button. At this point, this article may not be edited by you unless the editor sends it back for corrections.
